To complete your membership please choose one of the following options for sign up and payment:

#1 Click the “print form” box below. Print and fill out the form and submit it with a payment (check, cash or money order) by mail or in person.  This is our preferred payment method.

#2:  Fill out the on-line membership registration form below and pay with your credit card through Paypal.

  • Partner Information

    If you have a second member of your household you want on our contact list or if you are splitting a share with another household, please include the person's information below. The person in the top section will ultimately be the responsible party for payment. When you make payments please be very clear if they are for one or both parties. Thanks!
  • Cost and Payment Options

  • The cost is $240 for the 8 week season. Nov 7, 2017 - Feb 13, 2018. Every other week delivery. This share includes an estimate of 10 items per share with an average cost of $30 per delivery.
  • The cost is $650 for the 26 week season. May 1 - Oct 23, 2018. This share includes 8-10 items per week with an average cost of $25 per week.
  • The cost is $400 for the 26 week season. May 1 - Oct 23, 2018. This share includes 5-6 items per week with an average cost of $15 per week.
  • Flower share cost is $200 for the 16 week season. June 5 - September 18, 2018. You get 1 large mixed bouquet or several small bunches of flowers each week.
