Sorry, this isn’t an actual recipe – as in no quantities or anything, just a great idea of what to do with your frisée endive.  Sauté the frisée in olive oil with garlic, onion, and a touch of maple syrup.  Line a cupcake tin with strips of bacon, layer your cooked greens on top,  crack an egg on top of each and bake it in the oven (not sure of the temp, probably 350-400 degrees).  I made this recipe and it was amazingly good.
